Over the long weekend, I finally had time to do some crafting. My photo wall has been in the works for ages now. It took ages because I had to search for just the right frames. Then spray paint them. Then choose photos. It's a process, okay!
I was imagining something like THIS but somehow mine turned out totally different than I originally planned.
Turns out I don't really like a lot of clutter on the wall. I like organization and simplicity. So this is how my frame wall turned out.
Don't fret Jen, you made the frame wall.
Then I gave my couch a pillowcase makeover.
Oh wait, who is that next to the pillow? Oh Dexter, there you are.

your pillow turned out so nice! I love the design and the colors.
And your gallery wall looks great! I accidentally made a gallery wall in our old house when I started hanging pictures of Jon & me on different vacations. It just morphed into a gallery wall of sorts - no plan, just added frames as I took pictures and then hung them where I thought they looked good.
I think gallery walls work best on a small scale. I couldn't do an entire hallway like Young House Love. And I'm pleased that I made your wall. :) And my fun little city. :)
Love the wall!! I need to be more creative...or maybe I'll just hire you to be more creative for me :D
The pillow is gorgeous! Great fabric! (And Dexter is a nice accessory, as well)
