It's December first, the official countdown to holiday movie watching time. Well, at least in my book. So I compiled my list of holiday movies I must watch this season.
- Elf - because that's always a classic! And it's funny watching Will Ferrell squeeze into tiny elf furniture.
- Christmas with the Kranks - I can't remember the last time I saw this or if I've even seen it at all.
- Ernest Saves Christmas - seems corny but it was on a few google searches I did, so what the heck!
- the Muppet Christmas Carol - this was also on a few top 25 lists. So why not?!
- Love Actually - gotta have a good rom/com in there.
- The Family Stone - see above reason.
- Four Christmases - Because I pretty much love anything with Reese Witherspoon in it.
- Scrooged - it's from the 80's and it has Bill Murray so I bet it's cute.
- Bad Santa - I don't think I've seen this movie. So if it's dumb I could use some fuel to hate on Billy Bob Thornton.
- Nightmare Before Christmas - because I need something weird in my list.
- The Polar Express - I've never seen this either, and I could use a heart warming story.
- Home Alone - what holiday movie list would be complete without THIS movie!?
- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - because it's been ages since I've seen this movie. Decades even.

Good list! There are a few on there I haven't seen that perhaps I should add to my list.
Others that I will be watching are:
A Charlie Brown Christmas
A Christmas Story (obviously)
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
Frosty the Snowman
It's a Wonderful Life
Yay for Christmas movies!
Yes, I have to second all of Ashley's suggestions. I will also be watching About a Boy, The Nutcracker and I'm sure a couple others. SO many movies out there with a Christmas setting. Perfect. Oh, what about Mixed Nuts? that's actually pretty funny.
I REALLY think you should add Home Alone 2.
Why is White Christmas on no one's list??? It's a Danny Kaye classic!
